Redundancy is never easy.  Inspired Career Planning has developed a range of outplacement packages to ease the stress and trauma caused by redundancy.  Offering this type of support recognises the contributions of the redundant employee and provides tailored assistance to support career transition whilst also helping to maintain the morale of existing employees and the reputation of the company.

Introductory Package

(recommended for employees with tenure of less than 2 years)

Our introductory outplacement package has been developed for employees that have had a relatively short tenure within the organisation and as such, may require less assistance with career planning activities.  Click here to request a quote.

  • Discover Yourself behavioural profile (based on DISC) to support greater levels of self-awareness.  By developing a better understanding of working style, traits and strengths, the goal is that individuals will have increased confidence communicating their capabilities and attributes when applying for a new position.  This profile also includes a top 50 job match to help identify a range of careers that may be of consideration to explore in the future.

  • 1 x 60 minute career awareness session (with a professional career practitioner) to discuss the results of the Discover Yourself profile, identify career transition goals, discuss job search strategies (including the “hidden job market”) and highlight effective marketing approaches.

  • Creation of a contemporary resume aligned to career goals, including use of keywords to support recruiter screening software and application tracking systems.

  • Creation of a captivating job application letter template aligned to career goals.

Career Transition Package

Our career transition package focusses on providing support, information and tools to develop resilience and greater self-awareness, leading to the ability to successfully negotiate new career paths.  We will focus on increased self-awareness of personal values, skills, abilities and potential, as well as transferable skills that can open doors to careers that may not yet have been considered.  By better understanding themselves, individuals have an increased awareness of career objectives.  Click here to request a quote.

  • 3 x 45 minute career counselling sessions (with a professional career practitioner).
